RESEARCH: INVESTOR’S VISA UNDERUTILIZED

According to a recent research, the United States is not attracting enough the EB-5 Visa applicants – people who could invest at least $500,000 in American economy and create new jobs. Some of these visas remain underutilized, possibly due to administrative obstacles. As a result, immigration analysts recommended that the USCIS give priority to reviewing EB-5 visa applications and work towards promoting the visa overseas.
